Thanks for the super kind words and the comment! Much appreciated. Mohg only has Bloodflame, and the Subterranean Omen only have Accursed. What are your thoughts on the Omen and their evil spirits being tied more to the Crucible, or to the Formless Mother? The Cursed Blood pot seems to imply the latter, due to explaining his blood was defiled long before he met the Formless Mother, and yet only Morgott shows evidence of both the Bloodflame (coagulated into his sword) and the Omen accursed flame/evil spirits (which spill out during his Leyndell fight). I couldn't place why Maliketh's DD Flames were red, but that makes complete sense to put it together! And you also included the explanation for why he's associated with Grave Wax, super informative. (I love that the Scouring Black Flame looks like a Twinbird with wings outstretched, when it is launched at you) And yet the two flames couldn't seem more different in origin. Somehow, the Fire Monks can easily switch to Blackflame theologically and feel at home. Surprised you didn't include Amon in here somewhere! He feels key to understanding something important, but I can't put my finger on it yet. The intoxicating flames inflict the sleep ailment upon foes. Trina's Lilies and releasing the scent as a sleep-inducing aroma? It uses the word intoxicating, but that's not conclusive one way or the other.īlow into the candlestick's flame, creating a stream of hazy purple fire to cover the ground ahead. At first blush it feels like it'd be similar to the beast-repellant torch, just a perfumer-style concoction- burning St. The thoroughness in including even St Trina's (nonexistant) flame shows you've been careful, that's commendable.
